Second Street

Colossus is the neighborhood bakery that dreams are made of. They serve handcrafted bread & pastries, a seasonal menu, and carefully brewed coffee (roasted by the owners husband) that are all mouth-wateringly delicious. Trust us when we say, it’s worth the trip for the BLT, among many other things.

After working with Colossus to develop their branding, we were excited to get to work when they signed the lease at a spot on Second Street in Long Beach. The open bakery layout feels old world and modern at the same time, while letting customers see the magic of the bakers working in the back. It’s a place that welcomes you to swing by and pick up some local products or to sit and enjoy a pastry while watching people walk by.
