Pine Street Location

Having worked with Rose Park from the beginning, we were very excited to be brought on for the opening of their newest endeavor and one that more fully expresses their brand. The 8th & Pine location is a welcoming space that invites locals and visitors to sit and linger over a latte and brunch.

Working within a historical building gave us a wonderful, textured and storied canvas to start from, striking a balance between refined and “in process.” While the space may seem minimal, there are layers of details and complexities that are revealed over time—just like enjoying a cup of their coffee.
